refund after purchase due to change of mind may only be issued if ticket has been resold and repurchased (vendor to re-sell via website) a $10 admin fee will be charged and refund will only be returned once new purchaser has paid in full. No refunds will be issued two weeks prior to event

if ticket purchaser requires a refund due to injury or illness, a 70% refund of total price will be issued upon medical certificate or proof of illness. 

Purchasers are required to sign and agree to a personal liability waiver form prior to arrival

we highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover yourself financially in the case of any distributions to your travels prior, during or after retreat. We are not financially liable for venue cancelations due to unforeseen event or disaster.
