Oakie Label has a 14 day Return Policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can not offer a refund or an exchange.

Once an arrangement is organised, return product in the original condition you received it. Once your return is received on our end its then inspected. An email will be sent notifying you that the item was received and the outcome being approved or rejected (rejection being if garment is not up to standard).
All returns need original order number and name stated noticeably or original receipt printed and attached. If fail to attach original order name, order can be addressed of incorrectly and lost.
No refunds on sale items. Oakie Label does not offer a refund for change of mind purchases.
Please note if you are eligible for a refund and paid via PayPal you will have 5% removal fee due to charges and taxes being removed on our end.
Proof of purchase is compulsory.
