Oakie Label is committed to customer satisfaction.
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with, with a valid reason, simply return to us within 14 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange size or style. Postage charges are covered by customer. No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Oakie Label does not offer a refund for change of mind purchases.
